why is it almost impossible to change their minds and see what they were taught was wrong, and since we all know our news media is so one sided in so many different aspects, how can anyone believe anything they say? yet many people will swear every thing theysay is bible true,

my wording is kind of screwed up here ,when I said people believe theings are bible true , I didn't mean the bible is not true, I meant people believed every thing they have been taught since childhood as
if it was as true as the bible

You have evidence that the Bible is not true?
That's interesting, because I'm an atheist, but I've never seen actual evidence proving God doesn't exist.
Besides, we know from other historical records that many of the non-supernatural events in the Bible did actually happen.

People believe that the bible is true because its all part of faith. That isn't asked to do from the news.

My parents are deceased but good parents. Some things they taught me I no longer agree with. I have to sit in my silence and say is this right? Is this fair?
I loved my parents but don't have to agree with everything.
