This has happened. Children called feral children raised by themselves or with animals act just like animals.
They have never received love, touch, kindness and can not relate to it.
In some cases of feral children they are almost unable to talk and are unable to get along with other children.

We are an evolved social animal. At the genetic stages of development, say speech, with no socialization the threshold period would pass and teaching the organism to speak would be very difficult. It is nature via nurture. That is in animals that are not so social as we.

Humanity would not happen, especially positive humanity, but humans are not only the animal to socialize their young.

In some cases were ignorant, illiterate and cannot relate in socializing. Cannot stand and cannot make their own decision certainly.
