Fighting against something like Emo just makes it that much more popular. Makes it "wrong and bad" in the kids eyes so they want it that much more knowing that everyone is against them. That would be giving them exactly what they want.
Hey..don't be downing anti-depressants. Some people actually do need those. Not just silly little kids who want some attention either.
Cutting...that's not cool man. Anyone who does it just for fun needs to be knocked up side their head. There are people out there who do cut just to get rid of their real life pain. ( I have a friend who is trying to stop). That is nothing to laugh about.
