ok...i didnt knoww wer to post this question because it falls into so maney places...i chose this catagory because it happend out in society
i was walking home from work...it was dark and some guy with a red had and blue pick up drives past.
i keep walking, and i notace he is foloing me...so, he gets out, and starts to talk to me, and tels me i should come home with him, and we could have a good time. i said no, and kept walking, so he folowed me, and grabbed my am and asked me again in a more demanding voice, and i started tocry, and said no, so he dragged me into his car...and he blindfolded me, took off my pants, and made me have sex with him. and after about a half hour, he drove me to a main road to where i could find my way home, and left me...so what im asking is should i tell someone what happened? im afraid because he knows where i work, and i dont know what to do...please, please help me.

This response required depends on you. You did not say your age, because if you are a minor (under 18) you need to inform your parent(s) and contact the police. If you're not a minor contact the police and go to the hospital the police will meet you there. It is also unavailable as to how recent is this incidence? Chances are that it did not occur today 1-12, but you can still file a police report and if you know this person you must tell them, you have to give the police any information you can think of (description of raper, clothes, vehicle, etc...). Since he knows where you work you've probably seem him before, that make him easier to catch. The longer you sit and debate over this issue when they're arrest and taken to trial more doubt can be raised. The possibility of obtaining a good rape kit or some forms of evidence diminishes with time. Do it !!! Get him off the streets.

Yes, you should tell someone. The police, if there is any evidence of what happened (bruises, what not) and anyone you trust. It is terrible this happened to you, but you should notify others. he may try this again on you, or others. If you know who he is you should think about pressing charges.
Try to get someone to walk you home now (if you even still will walk home) and try to be brave.

Take it to the police immediately. They can protect you and make sure that guy goes away for a very long time, as he should be. He needs to be punished before he does this again.

I am so sorry this happened to you ,You need to contact the police i know your scared but he needs to pay for what he did to you ,Maybe after talking to the police you will remember details of this man and his truck that you did not realize you knew and he can be caught ,Good luck and please stay safe
