Click on 'Tools and then 'Internet Options'
Where is says 'Tabs' at the bottom click on 'settings'
Click the box next to 'Open home page for new tabs instead of blank bage' to put a tick in it.
Click ok on all the boxes.

under internet options, you can now enter two address's as you homepage, so if you are asking how to open your homepage in the second tab, go under internet options, and on the first screen that pops up you will see "homepage" on the top. enter it as the bottom adress. if you want it in the first tab, enter it on top.
EX: if you want yahoo as your homepage and msn on the second tab, enter it like this:
to reach internet options, go under start, control panel, internet options. hope this helps

www.msn.com
if you wanted msn in the first tab and yahoo in the other:
www.msn.com
www.yahoo.com
