I guess it depends on which record you mean. The single season -> Barroid Bonds, the most ever total -> Hank Aaron, the most in one game? The most in one inning? Who knows

That would be the great Hank Aaron. Unfortunately he might lose the record to steroid freak Barry Bonds. I just hope Bonds is found guilty of steriods and he will be banned from baseball.

Like the Celtic man said Aaron holds the clean record, but it appears that soon enough it will be broken by steroid junkie Barry Bonds. Sad actually and hopefully if and when he does surpass Hank Aaron he will be found guilty of using these drugs and so the record will stay where it belongs and he will not be recognized as the new record holder.
