If you "own" the table or you started/created the table you can boot whomever you want..If you aren't, oh well.

You have to be the room host. You get to be host two ways:
1) You create a table.
2) Or another person as the host leaves, and then you become the host as long as you stay at the table in that room...you can't leave and expect to keep your host status.
The dialogue box tells you who enters, who exits, and who is host.
If you are the host, you will be able to boot people from a game. But I think if you play Chess, a host is not allowed to boot an opponent during a rated game.

Only if you are the host/hostess, of that table, can you click on the word Boot at the left of the screen and then click on the person's name that you want to get rid of them.

You can only boot them if it's your table (if you started it)
