I recieved an email about winning the lottery from UK. i know its a fraud because first of all I never brought a lottery ticket outside the US. Who can I report this to?

In Yahoo mail at the right hand bottom
full headers. Select all/copy/save.
2. report to your ISP. and the originating
ISP.
Any report must have these details.
3. In OE click properties etc.

about the only you can do is report the spam to the isp involved
