Depends. If the belt has a large buckle, I would wear it at the hip, to show it off. But otherwise, the waist is fine.

waist is on top, hips are on bottom. Belts can be worn at either. I love wearing loose dresses with belts at the waist. But some people prefer hips. Test both to see where you like it.

Waist is above the hip, and the belts, to me are way more comfortable on the waist. On the hips it rubs the bone and really hurts! You can wear them either way.

belts can be worn either way. for a more fashionable look, i guess at the hip...where ppl can see it.

it definately depends on what kind of belt. but yeah...you can wear it either way. i like the fat ones.
