I think it had something to do about when Hayley was first seen and was talking about her personal mindset, I want to say it was similiar to "Take it all". If it was, does anyone remember what it was in Latin?

I guess it was "carpe diem" (seize the day).
It was used by Latins as an admonition to seize the pleasures of the moment without concern for the future.
