1. I have an HP PSC 1410-All-in-one

2. I was trying to print an envelope, and it got jammed. So, I cleared the jam, and then I canceled the document that was in the queue. Then I tried to print other documents and it wouldn't, because that same document is in queue and in the process of deleting, and it's been ten minutes. So, I logged off and logged back on hoping that would clear the document from the queue, but it's still there. Because it's there, it won't let any other documents print. Someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

Turn off and unplug your printer. Leave it unplugged for a couple min then plug it back in. It may be that the document is in the printer's memory and just doesn't want to release.

You could also go into your add/remove printers settings, and remove that printer and reinstall it. That might clear the queue.

Shutdown your pc again and disconnect the printer. Reboot your pc, reconnect the printer and turn it on. Window may ask you that you already have one print job waiting and do you want to continue or something like that. Just pick No. If the message doesn't came up, double click on the printer and choose cancel or delete documents.

i have an hp too... try to cancel the documents and so only the document in queue will be pending. so restart the pc... if it doesn't work try ending process... try disconnecting the printer.... mine did such a thing... then it wouldn't print and after 2 days it worked perfectly fine :)) good luck %%-
