I tried for 5 years everything including fertilty specialists. No Luck! To achieve pregnancy take Candida(liquad), Flora Force, Caprylic Acid Combination,Red Raspberry, Wild Yam and FC with Dong Quai (all herbal supplements). Follow diet: No Carbs for 21 days. Eat protein(meat) and vegetable. NO dairy, NO starch (ex. rice & potatoes) NO fruit or fruit juice. After 21 days slowly add carbs back to diet. I was pregnant within a month! This is not a lie. I hope this works for you also!

You ovulate approximately 7-10 days after the last day of your period. You have something like 3 days in that time from to conceive. It's recommended to abstain from sex a few days before you ovulate gauranteeing a larger sperm count than if you've had sex just recently. It was suggested to me by my gyno when I was having trouble conceiving that after sex, do no get up or use the bathroom. Preferrably keep your hips elevated with pillows, hold your legs up for about 10 min. or get on your knees with your head on the bed for the same amount of time. This allows a little extra time for the sperm to get a head start to where you want them to go. Also, the man should not wear tight briefs but rather loose fitting boxers as to much heat lowers the sperm count. Good luck!

Look into taking your basal temperature. Fertility friend is a good website for that...there are others, too but I can't think of them off hand! Just do a search on basal temps.

Basically, you take your temp at the same time every morning with a basal therm. (must say basal!) You chart what the temp is. Your temp is higher or lower depending on where you are in your cycle. You can actually see when you ovulate thus increasing the best time to try for a baby! It's amazing to see the chart when it's done. The first month I tried it I ended up getting pregnant with my daughter! (after months of trying.) good luck.

Start with the basics and go with unprotected Penis in vagina sexual intercourse while you are ovulating. After he ejaculates, bring your legs up and toward your head while laying down on your back. Reduce stress, eat healthy, and spend a lot of time on foreplay. I know it sounds like I'm being naive, but consider how often parents who resort to adoption end up having a baby right afterward. Just stop trying to force it, relax, keep it simple.

Relax (I know it's hard). Lose weight if you're overweight. Gain weight if you're underweight. Go on vacation (to relax!) I conceived on vacation after 9 months of trying.
