well she is allways by my side(allmost allways) i tell her secrets ( and she blabs them to her friend then she blabs it to her freind) and she calls her freind names( she is just joking but somtimes she can get to the point where she wont stop.) for an ex. she and her freind calls me a dike( wich is a lesboe) but im not . (anyways) she told my freinds(also her freinds) stuff that is not true and it started stuff. is she really my freind or not?!

If you really want to keep your friendship, seek a different friend you can tell all your secrets to, not her. Be cautious, and don't tell her anything you don't want anyone else to hear. If they call you a lesbian, and you're not, try not to listen to them. I know it's hard, but your TRUE friends will keep your secrets and you can trust your TRUE friends with all your heart.
