How come when black dudes get old and fat they look cool but when white dudes do it they look like nerds?

You don't suppose your bias is in any way involved, do you? I mean, if you see a fat old black man you see a cool blues guitarist who would be great fun to hang out with. If you see a fat old white man you just can't imagine anyone you'd want to get to know. But white guys play cool jazz too, some of them, and even have other things that make them cool.

Try to see the individual guy, not your expectations.

No one looks cool old and fat. Regardless of skin color. Maybe someone old and fat could try to look cool by staying with the current fashion. But they are still old and fat.
