yes! sent mine back when casing got jammed having accidentally been put thro' wash. Sent it off to "Zippo Lighter co Penn. USA' Cost about 1pound 75 p P&P. Came back 2 months later in perfect cond with comp pckt of flints and letter giving me a row for not draining the fuel! lol!

yes they do i just so happen to help someome with a zippo and watch business on ebay and there have been times when we had to have a lighter sent off and repaired and they do so for free they even use to have a penny that was a symbol of what you don't pay to have them fixed
