I'm looking for a palce where I can get advanced reader copies of books before the books come out.

Publishers tend to send them to bookstores and reviewers as a preview before the actual release dates in an effort to increase the publicity and sales of the title. You could try to contact the publishers directly. Their response would probably depend on your motivation for wanting them - to review, to help sell them, or your own reading pleasure!
