Also, how much unsweetened cranberry juice vs. how much water? (I'm drinking both.)
In case it's relevant, I also have a yeast infection.
Thanks so much...

My doc tells me to drink enough PURE FILTERED water to make me pee every 15-20 minutes during the time that I am awake. This is not easy to do but necessary so that you can flush out the infection as well as toxins. Pee should always be clear. If it is not... you need to drink more. I alternate all day between the pure filtered water and Knudsen brand Un-Sweetened Cranberry Juice Concentrate which I mix with the pure filtered water.

Of course NO SUGAR/CARBS because that will just feed the yeast as well as bacteria.

Hope this was helpful.

Ohhhh & one more thing.... NEVER take Fluoroquinolones !

OK, you have alot going on down there. For the UTI, drink PLENTY of water. If the unsweetened cranberry juice is too yucky, you can dilute it with the water. But try to drink as much as you can. For the yeast infection, what ever you do, do NOT douche. You should never do it anyway, it is very bad for the natural flora of the vagina. That's what's giving you the yeast infection, pH balance is off. A warm towel for the itching is good at night. There are a number of products available too that you can buy at any drugstore. It has medicines in it that you need to bring the vaginal pH back to where it's supposed to be. I am guessing you had the infection first and then got the UTI. It is common. Just make sure you drinking lots, wash your hands before and after applying anything and you will be good to go soon. Hope this helps
