wrong with it? I have it low, the roller is spinning but it's not sucking up everything?

There is a new bag on it but it's not a kiry bag.. Could this be the reason... It fits good.

Take the front of the vacuum, look up into the motor where the belt is to see if the blades on the fan/propellor are worn or shattered. It should have angled blades. If they still look good, you have a plug some where, you can use a plumbers snake to run up the tube. If the roller is turning, the belt is still working

Is the hose clogged or the bag full? In most vacuum cleaners I've used, not picking up is the first sign I see that I need a new bag.

You could have something blocking in your vacuum hose. I would check that first!

Get rid of it!. That's what I did. You CAN find an easier to use, cheaper vacuum

First check and make sure the belt is on.
