You would be better off using a service like spamarrest or mailwasher.

1 In Yahoo mail at t the right hand bottom
. Click Full headers.
2. Select all/copy/
open Notepad./paste/save
3. report to your ISP. and the originating ISP.
Any report must have these details.
4. In OE click properties etc.

That's why I don't open emails from unknown senders.
You never know whats inside, It could be a infected email hackers use to gain personal info such as your banking transactions, and many other things.
Like said above, delete and move on.

only thing you can really do is report the email/spam to the isp involved
afraid the goverment wont help about spam
