Well, the Constitution provides the almighty system of "checks and balances" but that has slowly eroded away since the days of the Cold War. Congress is supposed to be the only body able to declare a war. For over 50 years now, the Congress has given up that power de facto to the office of the President. Unfortunately, it's up to the 2 faced double talking Democratic Congress to rein in Bush. They won't do it.

If there were, we would NEVER have a President. I do think they should add something to the requirements for president: 1. must know how to lie 2. must want to be in it JUST for the money u are going to make 3. u can't care about poor people UNLESS u want to 4.u must know how to screw people and learn how to blame everyone else for it.

You havent been reading the news. The lunatic served his term and was retired in 2000. We attempted to remove him for lying under oath, travelgate, filegate, paula, monica, jennifer, the largest tax increase in us history, the tie breaking vote on taxation of social security, what is....is, the cattle futures fiasco, the montana land grab, whitewater, the vince foster coverup and so on. there was no dignity here. he was a liar a con artist and the worst corrupt liberal known. we shouldve done is sonner but people tended to be to passive and time marched on. thats the only lunatic thats ever been there liberal...get with it.

He is insane. Instead of waging genocide on unborn babies, he is busy trying to stop terrorism. Instead of trying to talk to terrorists in hopes that they will magically become better people, he tries to hinder their work. Yes our President looks bad publicly, but he is taking out those who are trying to rot this world.
