What motherboard do you have? You need to find out if your motherboard supports 4X or 8X AGP. If it's an 8X AGP video card, obviously you'll need a slot that supports 8X AGP. If you know what motherboard you have, you can look it up and find out what the specs are for that slot.

If they're compatible, then you also need to consider whether or not you have a strong enough power supply to handle this video card in your system.

Yup. That AGP card will fit into your AGP slot no problems.

Your PC2100 DDR is irrelevant.

Yes, it is backwards compatible to 4X, meaning even though it is rated 8X, it will run at 4X. Be sure to use an adequate power supply.
