every team goes through dry spells...but I would say the 1994 or 1993 Dallas Mavericks would be the worst.

I'm not very knowledgeable in basketball, but living in Indiana I'd have to say the Pacers. They get into violent fights over childish things, they go out to strip clubs at 3 am, and they make terrible role models for would-be future NBA players.
