I konw its wrong. But some people are aguing that it is right and if you abort the uborn child. You're only killing the physical body but not the soul and the soul will born into another physical body into another family.

Isn't that reincartion. They don't even know for sure that reincarnation is true. Why don't they just put the child up for adoption, that way they know the soul is alive in the world.

abortion is wrong, its not the baby's fault that the mother or father or both made a mistake.

Because adoption is not as easy as pro-lifers say it is. You've carried that child, bonded, loved it despite yourself...and then hand it over to a complete stranger, most likely to never know what happened to him/her.

Of course, that reincarnation stuff is just an excuse to make abortion seem more user-friendly.

Do I approve of abortion? Under some limited circumstances. If there is a danger to the mother's health. If there's no chance of the child surviving due to the mother's health. If the child will be born with AIDS or some other really horrible blood-transferred disease. Or if it is the child of rape.

I'm sorry, but no woman should have to live with that reminder of what was done to her EVERY DAY for nine months. There's a difference between KNOWING and FEELING it, every day.

That's it. If you were just stupid...then you should have to face the consequences.

Another thing -- I hate to say this, but there's no point in protesting abortion. Roe Vs. Wade was a long time ago. What, 1979? 1980? It's the law, and it's not going to change, so there's no point in getting pissed off about it.

I know of so many couples that would give anything to adopt a baby. Good people who would give the child a good home and loving life. The thing is is that for all of the abortions that are done in this country, there is a couple out there that would have adopted that baby. Think about all of the money that people spend going overseas to adopt. An international adoption will cost around 30,000. + People take out second mortgages to do this.
Yes I know adoption is hard on a birth mother. My sister gave up her daughter at age 20. It was hard but she knew it was the right decision. Abortion is selfish, adoption is selfless. Yeah it is hard, but it is right and it IS right for everyone.By everyone I mean any woman that finds herself in an unplanned, unwanted pregnancy, where she has little to no means of supporting a child and is not emotional or mentally mature enough to do so.

I don't know about reincarnation, but I do agree that abortion is not birth control and that the baby should be put up for adoption. Abortion is murder and it is not a woman's body, it is a temple that belongs to God and we should have never been given the choice to choose life or death for a poor baby. At 8 weeks my baby had a heartbeat and was moving on the u/s and nobody can tell me its a ball of cells, it looked just like a baby to me.

I don't agree with the reincarnation logic - but I do agree with putting the baby up for adoption. So many couple want a child and for whatever the reason just cannot.

The body may have been aborted, but the baby's soul and spirit are now in God's hands forever. Each baby is individual and unique - and will not be sent down in another form or body.

read below from Psalm 139:13-14:
13
You formed my inmost being; you knit me in my mother's womb.
14
I praise you, so wonderfully you made me; wonderful are your works! My very self you knew;

You never know what you would or wouldn't do until you're in that situation. I think, if you decide to have an abortion, your faith in God isn't as strong as you think it is. If you have any. Because He said in His word that He will never leave us, nor forsake us. And He will never put any more on us than we could bear. He is the creator. If He gave it to you, then He will take care of it. If you're not ready for a baby, then you should do everything you can to prevent it, including abstinence, until you're ready. But no matter what mistakes we make, He will always forgive you. The important thing is to learn from it and don't repeat the same mistake.

Abortion is the killing of a soul not just the physical body, have you ever seen a baby still in the womb, they smile and suck their thumb and yes they dream, that is a soul, women who have a baby and don't want it please put it up for adoption and save that baby for someone who wants a baby, they will give that baby all the love in the world. PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING, GIVE LIFE NOT DEATH.........

Meh, I probably shouldn't get involved in in this discussion because I've found that people who believe one way or the other can't be swayed. However, regardless of the reincarnation argument, I feel it's wrong. I mean... if the baby is alive, has brain waves (that's how they determine if a born person is alive), then what right does anyone have to decide if it lives or dies? I mean... saying it's ok because it's going to be reincarnated is like saying it's ok for you to kill me because I'll be reincarnated. What does passing through vaginal walls have to do with whether something is alive or not?

ABORTION IS A HEATED DEBATE.I THINK ITS OK FOR THE RIGHT REASONS(IM NOT ARGUEING THE FACT THAT MANY PEOPLE CANT HAVE CHILDREN AND THAT ADOPTION WOULD BE WAY BETTER FOR THE CHILD THAN ABORTION)BUT IN SOME CASES SUCH AS RAPE VICTIMS ITS AN OPTION THAT THEY MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER IF IT WILL AFFECT THEM LONG TERM AFTER THE PREGNANCY IS OVER(EMOTIONALLY)THEN THEY SHOULD GO ALONG WITH IT

People always have their little opinion until they are the ones put in this situation.I say its a choice(never an easy choice ,and yes some people do it for stupid reasons)but non the less it is your choice-I do not believe in late term abortions or anything of that nature ,and yes it you have sex and dont want to get preg use protection(duh)I cant say I agree with what you are saying ,but I dont disagree either. You just cant say unless you have been through it or are in the process of going through it.

P.S I came back and read some or these comments and some of these people are idiots he didnt say he believed or didnt believe in abortions for one,and they read the question so wrong, please dont take what the first people said as real answers some people here abortion and they close up and get offensive and you wont get a real answer.Good luck with future questions ,hopefully not answered by no idiots!

Well you can't judge what others do with their own bodies. And to say we don't know reincarnation isn't real then you would also have to say noone knows for sure god is real either! If you were to take all the aborted babies and try to adopt them out who is going to take them all? I am not saying it's right or wrong just another choice people make.
