Maybe getting rid of old model numbers?

Right about now, which is when the big electronics expo is going on in Vegas, lots of new gadgets and toys come out which drop the price on what is now considered old.
But for many computer components, like memory and motherboards, the prices will rise and fall periodicly, like the ASUS mother board I bought last September, is now higher priced. Memory goes up and down also.
But right about now would probably be a good time, as stores are looking to dump last years stuff to stock up on new stuff for the new year.

The best time to do so is not in a particlar month, but some time after the realease of some new software, revolutionary hardware or Operating System. Then, you will have the latest stuff for a cheaper price. Never buy anything that is going to have a successor soon. If you want to buy a Vista computer, wait a month or two. If you already have a computer that you bought recently, wait a bit more (+4-5 months). Also, never buy immadiately after lauch, as there are strong possabilities of improvements being made to that product. This applieas for all (worst to best, cheapest to most expensive) computers.

There are a few times: the day after Thanksgiving, known as Black Friday is when you can get a ridiculous deal if you're willing to stand in line at Best Buy at 3 in the morning. Also, during the few days after Christmas retailers will have excess inventory that they need to get rid of, plus open box items. And another is right around when all the new models are coming in. I'm not sure of when that is, but it's some time after CES (Consumer Electronics Show), which just wrapped up in Vegas.

Yo he comprado de muchas veces ordenadores en los sitios internet y siempre he encontrado l. a. mejor calidad, el ultimo ordenador es para una amiga, l. a. verdad es que parece especial creado para ella porque tiene un disco duro con una excelente capacidad de almacenaje y va bastante rápido por su gran memoria y su buen procesador, muy buena compra sin duda.

I'd say November, which is the after thanksgiving sale! =) It's the cheapest sale of the year! whoot* it's just that you have to wait in line and it might be overnight
