they make adapters. try summitracing or jegs. they should have something for your car. but im sure you car is a 6 lugger for a reason. i would leave it a 6 personally. the more lugs there are the easier it is on weight and acceleration and braking on the rims and studs themselves.

OK your going for a Pickup wheel swap... If you go with adapters remember or new wheel off set. Since it won't be a High HorsePower Setup you can put what every you want on it 5 lug wise.
If it a 4 X 2 Truck...

No one will recommend adapters for a 4WD truck smokes your brakes holding the down hill (climbing not so bad) in half to 3quarters of the time.

There are plenty of 6 Lug wheels on the market. over 35 different patterns just in 6 sites.

There are adaptors out there for just that reason, but they are damgerous at best and deadly at worst. They are not made well enough to handle the stress of nromal driving and should not be used. You may be able to change the hubs out for 5 lug, but you will spend a lot more money than the wheels will cost. Most wheels can be ordered in the 6 lug version. Chevy and Toyota used that pattern for a long time.
