my youngest son has a crazy father who is abusive mentally to women.sometimes physically.i was wondering is 4 duis look bad or make him look unfit?its harder to prove the abuse part but the duis are on file ofcourse....

DUI's are really not somthing a judge is going to take a fathers visitation away for. Sorry. They do look bad but not enough. My ex has been to jail several times for abuse and he is in jail right now for drug charges. The most I could hope for is supervised visitation.

not a good thing,not sure how it will affect the case,it shows lack of responsibility. i had a DUI and won custody. i'm sure it depends on the judge. with how you describe him,i would look for a domestic violence charge/conviction. in most states that would be a big strike against him.

i think it looks bad. it could be seen as him having a drinking problem. or it could show that he is irresponsible. i just get bad vibes when i hear of 4DUIs. bad news, ya know?
