It's an advertising gimmick. It is basically trying to say that you could have the bra on for 18 hours and still feel comfortable. It's a regular bra... it will not self-destruct! ;-)

No, it means that the bra is more comfortable. Many women can't wear typical bras for too long, because they start to become uncomfortable. An 18-hour bra is made to be more comfortable so that it can be worn for a longer amount of time.

They are "supposedly" comfortable enough to wear for 18 hours. I don't agree, however.

They keep your knockers in place for 18 hours. You'll have to find some other way after that. For example: You could always have someone (like me) to hold em for ya.

um.....they are suposed to make you feel comfortable in them for 18 hours and it depends how sensitive your skin is or something.

they work 4 longer but the only reason they say that is where u will buy more
