No I think the reality that the resolutions are not going to be successful has kicked in. Most people I think are depressed because they are still in debt from Christmas...

No, they are behaving better because there is always the uplifting air of the possibilities with the start of a new year.

I think it has something to do with the strange weather patterns.
Knowing it will change, but enjoying a bit of the Spring feeling.
