You cannot cure high blood pressure. A lot of people think you can because when they take medication, it lowers the blood pressure, so they think they are cured and quit the medication. THEN the blood pressure goes way up again. The doctor decides what medication you should take. Some times it takes a few tries to get the right medicine. Everyone is different. It also depends on your age, weight, activity, job, stress and your medical history. I have high blood pressure. I have had it since I was about eighteen years old. Mine is heredity. All three of my children have it too. It doesn't matter what we do, diet, exercise, nothing will change it. As long as we stay on our medications, we are fine. Untreated it can cause strokes, heart attacks and many other medical problems. High blood pressure is called the silent killer because most people do not any symptoms. My children and I can tell when ours is elevated, but I guess others can't. It is nothing to mess with, it is a very serious disease.

Garlic and onion will bring the blood pressure down fast but you need a cure to the problem. Two things raise the blood pressure. Hypertension and bad diet. Hypertension comes from not relaxing. Meditate. Bad diet is blamed on fast foods. Nutrition Almanac.

No cure, but it can be lowered by cutting out refined carbs. Our bodies do not need carbs to thrive. Carbs have increased medical issues such as cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart attack and the like. Need to increase proteins and eat no more than 40 grams of carbohydates a day.
