well it all depends..... if there is under age ppl there an adult should know better in this case... but if the party is all adults and i fight breaks out its not the hostess fault...as for poorly planned well that just makes the next party better you get to know what was good and what was not......but make sure ur guest have a safe way home no drinkin and drivin

the hostess is responsible, when the party gets out of hand and it's poorly planned.
and it's best to be careful, because if someone gets in a car accident while driving under the influence of alcohol, they can sue to hostess as well.

a parties fun if it gets out of hand, it wakes every body up , and if your awake, than that means your twice awake, a poorly planned party that gets out of hand is the best!

Blame it on the guy that passed out, he's an easy mark. When the cops question him he'll likely have no idea what happened. If you don't have a passed out guy, blame your best friend he/she would probably do it to you, tell them to take one for the team.

the host is always to blame. it is the responsibiltiy of the host to assure that parties run smoothly and do not get out of hand...invite people who do not get out of hand and the party stays in hand. invite loosers and bang the cops come in...
