As long as you're very careful and only add people you know, myspace is fairly safe and I think almost every teenager in the world has one.
There's also livejournal, Xanga, Hi5, and probably a zillion more I don't know about.

personally i like facebook better only because someone cannot view your profile unless they go to the same school/college/ or you are joined to teh same network as you. It keeps creepy old guys from just looking aroung at your site. also, you have to be invited in so someone from your school must invite you therefore the old stalker guys dont really exist.

MySpace!! MySpace is safe but it's the dumb kids who get on it and meet up with people they don't know that make it unsafe!
