The last I have read on Nifong...it looks like he is on the verge of being disbard....

I don't know about pandering for votes...but he has definitely stepped over a few bounds as an attorney and whether he can be posecuted for this ..I am not sure....but ,I do have a feeling that in the end..lawsuits will be coming in all different directions...the man is a disgrace

regrettably Mike Nifong enable his favor for political benefit to get the finest of him fairly than doing what grow to be excellent. a minimum of Mike Nifong agreed that the punishment grow to be acceptable, yet what about the three Duke lacrosse gamers and their households? i ask your self if there is going to be a lawsuit hostile to Mike Nifong by using the lacrosse gamers for each thing they have been placed by skill of and each and each of the money spent with a view to get them criminal protection. All in all, I say the finished element grow to be an absolute fiasco that did not ought to take position.

For those that don't know, Mike Nifong is the prosecutor in the Duke rape case.

First of all, what you speak of is not a crime that can be prosecuted. More importantly, he is already being disciplined by the state bar for certain actions he has taken with respect to the case.

I can't believe that anyone would give up his life for "pandering". He will probably lose his law license. He believed this woman and I believe that those white boys , at the very least, know something. They have lots of money. End of story. If they didn't, they'd have been locked up long ago. The woman is the one who will pay for the rest of her life. ..
