I was suffering from " increased" headaches and was very tired,

Sam said the extra hours put "ncreasing" strain on their strong relationship.

i cant put increasing heaches n increased strain /???

Increasing can be a form of a present tense verb. In other words, it's still happening now. Example: The headaces are increasing.

Increasing, as you used it above, is an adjective. Increasing describes the word strain. Example: There is an increasing strain on the relationship.

Increased is a past tense verb. The headaches increased two days ago. Example: The increased headaches were bothring me. (In other words, it's something that happened in the past.)

i would put

increasing headaches

increased strain.

seems more correct. but that could be a UK-grammar style way. im not 100% sure.
