Yahoo Answers deletes things all the time that are not in violation. I got a violation for giving resume advise, because they said I was "soliciting" soliciting what, exactly?? They are crazy. I'm getting sick of their "polocies" but yet, it is okay for people to spout racist/sexist/inappropriate things all they want, but we can't talk about politics and resumes????

P.S. George Bush is an @ss

I consider the troop surge and the hot plan. in trouble-free words because i trust we favor to provide it a probability to artwork. Why be hostile to at least some thing which could likely replace the problem over there. i'm only gonna wait a pair of months and observe if this troop surge brings in effective outcomes. If it would not, then for the first time because the conflict began, i will settle for the actual incontrovertible truth that we were defeated. yet to be straightforward with you, i'm certain if each American had to decide from us taking the conflict to them, or them bringing the conflict to us. Which decision do you imagine it may well be?

I got my question deleted for an innocent religious question with no connotations, just something I didn't understand. There are clearly some people that think your discussion of the war is a sensitive issue for them. Remember that it's the yahoo members who are reporting you, I don't think that there is a person at Yahoo approving every one of them. Just ask the question again. Maybe it'll get by this time.

I don't have an exact answer, but I know that more than once, an answer of mine has been deleted that I KNOW was perfectly fine. I think that maybe they delete if there are ANY complaints about a question or answer, justified or not.

I have written several times seeking an answer why one of my BEST answers was deleted, and I get nothing more than form letters back. Go figure.

I'm still trying to figure out why they deleted a question I asked about a coke product called c2? I love it and can't get it anymore, it didn't violate community requirements either, so don't ask me, I can't figure it out.

No because the freedom of speech does not apply to non-govenment entities such as Yahoo!

Check your e-mail to see if you were contacted by them. Someone may have complained about the topic or tone.

I'd ask them. They are trying to clean things up--but from what I can see they aren't trying to censor WHAT people say. But it's also entirely they deleted you by mistake.

I think because some of the answers were kind of controversial. And highly opinionated. But still, that's not an excuse. Sue them.
