I wish I could go on all the rides at other theme parks other than in California, but I have to say at the moment, my favorite ones are Xcelerator, Ghostrider & Supreme Scream (if that one counts) at Knott's Berry Farm, and X, Goliath and Scream at Six Flags Magic Mountain...I haven't been on Tatsu or Superman yet, but I think those two will be my favorites next time I go.
Basically, though, strap me in the biggest, baddest ride you can find! I thrive on that stuff!

My favorite is the Aerosmith Rock n Roller Coaster at Disney's MGM in Orlando. The coaster is not the highest or the fastest or the trickest, but it is the most well done with a cool story line and cool visuals in the dark. After that, the 2 best rides in terms of speed, height and sheer terror are Goliath at Magic Mountain and MIllenium Force at Cedar Point. Millenium Force is higher and faster than Goliath and gives you the illusion of going up into the sky when you go up the big hill because you can't see anything, especially in the back - you can't see any track or any supports. Just sky. Goliath has a vicious helix with very high G forces that Millenium Force does not have that makes you dizzy when you get out. The speed rides - Kingda Ka in 6 Flags Great Adventure and Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar Point are good, but very short. The attraction there is mostly the jolt of a 120-130 mph launch, but they are not as good as those 2 giant skyscrapers.

The Mindbinder at Sixflags over Georgia. I plan on riding the Goliath next year. You should really check that one out if you're a roller coaster lover! It's awesome. Six gravity defying hills!

It would definately be Wild Thing at ValleyFair in Minnesota...It drops you 200 feet at a 60 degree drop.
It is 3 minutes long and It lasts a life time....I would say this is the best roller coaster ever.

When I was a kid at the state fair here in Mississippi, I rode the roller coaster, but had trouble staying in the seat. I was on my way out of the seat and about to fall to my death when someone behind me put their hand on my shoulder and held me down. Whoever that was, thank you. I haven't ridden one since.
If rollercoasters had seatbelts or harnesses, I would be back to riding them in a heart beat. It was fun till I nearly fell out.

It's not the fastest or scariest but I get to go thru the loops & corkscrews forwards & backwards so it's my favorite
