im not condoming any form of piracy but as a tv show it is publicy aired so i dont think it is illegal to download the show from a peer to peer program or a torrent site

i would research this on the internet jus to be sure

but whats the differance between recording a show on tivo or sky+ or downloading it

its a very grey area
