I want to buy a football jersey for my wife. She is about 5'4 and weighs about 160. I think I should buy a medium right? Also what size would that be for the numbers they use?
For example they say I have this Jersey and it is size 48?

'Guy meets Girl' thats a cheap shot.

You might as well go for the Large. They are designed to be "oversized" anyway, so its always better to go with 1 a little bigger than you would typically wear - unless she wants something tighter than normal of course.

Its personal preference I guess.

thats inch's in size, so what ever size your wife is at the hips get her a size 10 inch's bigger, or even get a larger size, for that bed time romance?
