best chances would be a ball girl, with the other possibilities being an umpire, some kind of coach, medical trainer, or team owner

I'd like to see a woman hit a baseball 450 ft, until then I don't think she'll make it as a player. A woman can do anything in baseball if they want to hire her. The job would probably behind a desk. I thin there was a female trainer but some people got angry about it? Not sure.

Public relations, medical staff, if you have a good business mind Im sure they would let you in the Front Office, if you really want to be in baseball anyway possible, theres jobs like doing the laundry, caretaking for the team and locker room (stuff like cleaning and preparing pre game food spread etc). Umm....i suppose you could be like a ball girl....and if you are really willing to work, you might be able to get a minor league bench coach job or something...I seem to remember controversy about that recently, some commentator said something like women dont belong in the dug outs something stupid like that.

Playing, Managing & Coaching are all out. There is a girl on the padres medical/physio squad. I remember because i was watching the mets game and keith hernandez made some comments about girls not belonging in the dugout. If your looking for action and close as to the actual game id say being in the dugout on the physio/medical team is pretty good.

Currently the Detroit Tigers have Heather Nabozny as their head groundskeeper. The field at Tiger stadium is currently one of the best in baseball and she is the one responsible so perhaps you take horticulture classes and find a minor league team to learn the job of groundkeeping. She was the groundskeeper for the West Michigan Whitecaps before she became the first woman head groundskeeper in the major leagues. Also one west coast team has a woman announcer for home games. I think she announces for either the Giants or Padres (I think it is S.D. but not sure). And of course jobs in public relations and office positions.

Well good luck trying to be a player but maybe try working in their finances or something behind the scene like that.
