Yes, it is a good GPA. But once you get out into the real world, your final GPA is not that big of a deal, finishing college is!

It is a very good number, but what courses are behind the numbers. If there are a number of AP courses it would be better than a lot of "fill in the time and keep the students busy" courses.

It really depends on whether or not you've taken any advanced courses. A 3.6 GPA earned by a pupil who has challenged himself by taking advanced courses is very different than someone who has the same GPA but has not taken any accelerated courses.

yup if didnt know A=4.0 B=3.0 C=2.0 D=1.0 F=a goose egg. average your grades with that scale and thats your gpa!

thats pretty good. haha higher then mine. =). if ur in cali, that might be able to get u into some uc's. Not Ucla, berkely, or san deigo though, unless you have a good sat's and have lots of extra curicular activities. =).
