If you want to call him Chaz, then give him a grown-up version that can be shortened to Chaz. Christopher, Christian, Charles are three options. Remember he will be an adult for far longer than he will be a child, and while Chaz might be cute on a toddler, it may be a bit embarrassing for him if he grows up and chooses a profession where he wants to be taken seriously. Can you imagine a lawyer called Chaz? I can't.

Chaz isn't all that bad. It sounds nice and it's one of those old English names that means man. Now if he wants to name him Goober that's a horse of different color.
Chaz Liam or Lleum both are said the same way.
Chaz Anthony. This is going way out there. Chaz DiMaggio.
Chaz Sebastian.

Chaz is cute...and if you are still undecided just write down a list of names that you and your husband like and bring it to the hospital come that time. You will know when you look at your baby...one of the name on the list will match him more. Who says you need to name a baby before he come into this world. Good luck.

I like Chaz, but a lot of people will yell at you and say "Don't name a child a nickname!!!" I agree to a certain degree, but it's your baby! In most cases, I HATE the whole name, but I actually LIKE Charles. Do you not like it? Then, just start using the name Chaz as a nickname early and it will stick.

Some names I had picked for a boy were...(I had a girl though and had to ditch them all...)
Brandon Anthony
Michael Patrick
Denver ?
Dillon ?...or spelled Dylan ?
Bradley Allan
James Robert
Shaun Matthew
Kyle Sean (or Shaun)
Whatever you 2 decide is up to you. I tossed around names for the entire time I was pregnant. Boys and girls names. Sonogram didn't show the sex of the baby as she was facing different direction and they couldn't tell. She was obstinate even then...LOL
We ended up with Kristen Marie.
Get one of those books with baby names in it.

My boys names are Justin and Adam. So I lean towards them. Chaz is okay, maybe something like Chase. One of my friends just named hers Caysen, that's kind of cool.

I'm not to crazy about Chaz...If you have liked that name for a while, go for it...but often, unique names wear off after a while, so think about the long term....how about Andrew, Grayson, Grant, Garret....Just some options, Good luck and Congrats on the little one!
