my curser has any annoying black box...what can I do to fix this?

I had my hard drive replaced and everything is nice but this box

Assuming you using Windows XP.

Start>Control Panel>Mouse>look for the tab called "pointers". They have several different schemes you can use.

Click on the "Start" button and choose "control panel". Then double-click on "mouse." Then click on the "pointers" tab and choose a different pointer.
