I would have to say either Somewhere in Time or Time After Time. Somewhere in Time not really believable. None the less a wonderful romance movie with great costumes and sets. Time After Time for a wonderful story. It had H.G. Wells going through time to capture Jack the Ripper. Made more believable because H.G. Well actually wrote a book called The Time Machine. In the movie Jack the Ripper used H.G. time machine to escape justice. But didn't have the key to the machine so it came back and H.G. could follow and catch him.

The original "Time Machine" - interesting because based on the novel predicting some current, but at the time future occurances. Plus the Morlocks were SCARY!
Somewhere in Time was also good. Kind of difficult to believe, but it involved some interesting aspects of the mind.

My well known's George pal's 1960 production, "The Time gadget", starring Rod Taylor, Alan youthful and Yvette Mimieux. a good script, finished of authentic recommendations about what sorts of futures we construct for ourselves, about the cost of love, friendship and mind's eye. large paintings route, a magnificent time gadget, some outstanding particular outcomes and a memorable score by using Russell Garcia. a movie that maintains to inspire, to spark the mind's eye and call the heart. This one's a classic, and prophetic to boot---it truly is scarey how a lot of George pal's visions of ways existence is transferring have come genuine over the only excellent 40 seven years!

"Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure", dude. I found it absolutely hilarious, specifically because they never knew who any of the historical figures were, which meant lots of amusing interactions. Not to mention you can easily quote the funny lines. Plus, what kid wouldn't want to research a historical report by going there firsthand?
It wasn't very believable or thought-provoking, but it kept me very entertained.
Here is one of my fave quotes from the "most triumphant" (as Bill and Ted would say) movie:
History teacher: Who was Joan of Arc?
Ted: Noah's wife?

I Like Time Bandits. I like time travel movies that dont take themselves too seriously because lets face it it will never be possible, otherwise, wouldnt we see future and past people already?!
