My favorite character hands down has to be Arthur Spooner. He is way too hilarious. He says alot of illogical as well as other off the wall stuff. Here are some of my favorite Arthur lines:
"Would you like to buy an Arthur's head screwdriver? It goes into the corresponding ******." That line is when he was trying to sell his Arthur's head screwdriver to a hardware store. He glues an A-key to the end of a screwdriver.
"Whatever helps you sleep at night, douche." He says this after an argument with Doug.
"Your wife made you a salad with love. Eat it, you ungrateful bastard!" Arthur offers Doug salad he thought Carrie made.
"So, where do you hail from?" "And that is what happens in an Navy mental ward." Arthur is speaking to Deacon and Kelly's children.
"I have been busy what with my charity work and my Naval reserve duty." "My unit ships at 0900, sorry." Arthur was talking to Spence's mom.
"I have a call from the war department."
"I may not be as hip as you what with your Tom Jones and your Jack Clark five." He is speaking to customers when he used to work in a pretzel restauraunt.
"I would be a rich man, if alot of left-handed people will give me a moment of their time."
"That's okay, I've seen better." He accidentaly walks in on Carrie when she has a bra on.
What is also funny about Arthur is that he refers to Doug as Douglass. It is because of these lines and many of his other line that has convinced me that Arthur is the funniest character on The King of Queens as well as being my favorite.

I like Doug cause im a 35 yr old married man and he says and does things exactly like i wish i could do. Arthur is the shiznit though.

it really is this variety of puzzling question! I cant opt for, all of them are distinct and extraordinarily humorous of their own way! it really is a tie between Carrie (by fact she is so egocentric and sarcastic) Doug (for obvious causes) and Arthur (by fact he's a discomfort interior the neck)
