I didn't think it were possible, but I found these sources where they mention inhaling with both nose and mouth. The last source has good information on the Respiratory System.

It seems so, though I wouldn't recommend it...
It's left a cold feeling at the back of my throat, and I got a headrush shortly afterwards.
