Well, I'm never with another woman (hahahaha) but if I was - and she was worthy of a move, I'd say, "shut up and kiss me!"

She is uncomfortable, you offer her a drink and spend some time listening, then you try again. If the babbling ends with "oh my gosh it's so late" then you never call her again.
You can also try to interrupt her by saying "I really want to kiss you right now.", this is risky but better than waiting 2 hours for her to finish talking and then run out because she "has to get up early".
