Assuming all your neurological connections were still intact and had not been destroyed by time-travel, you'd still be the same person. All fiction aside, you'd still have the same memories, the same experiences, and the same attitudes and reflexes as you'd had before. You might choose to "go a different direction" and create a new personalitiy for yourself, but you'd still be working with the same brain as you had before.

I wouldn't think so. Just because an event has occurred in the here-and-now doesn't mean that all the passed events have been changed as well, and it is those passed events that have shaped you to who you are.
