If that were true....I'd really be honoured to be like my mum. She is the best mum ever and has alway been my mentor, hero, role model, ideal queen, super-mum and teacher.
I have some of her qualities and features, sometimes I see a bit of her in me.

Yeah, I would say that well all become "like" them in certain ways, but that's not the same as saying that we become them. How can you help having a lot in common with the woman you came from?

A lot seem to do so, yes. Too many to be a statistical anomaly.
Even weirder: a lot of women seek out men who are like their fathers.

I believe that all mother try to get there kids to be like them but you can always change that by doing things like her but not totally

That can be a good thing if the mother is deserving of such emulation in a daughters eye.

Probably, yes. Just like all men become like their fathers. You don't want to, but you certainly pick up behaviour from your same-sex parent as being acceptable and approved of.
Heck, I'm starting to look like my father right now.

I believe most people do end up becoming their moms and if they dont, they are like the exact opposite(so if the mom believed in early curfew, the daughter would believe in late or no curfew)

Not all do. I have a lot of people tell me that I am just like my mom. I have a sister that I think is also like my mom, but I have 2 other sisters that are more like my dad.
