Your computer is infected by a variant of Wzor virus, it redirects your IE browser to assureprotection.com or some other website, all the websites give you a fake trojan infection message stating your computer is infected by "W32.Myzor.fk@yf trojan", this is not a real trojan. To remove this virus and all its variants, try Adware Away from here : http://www.AdwareAway.net/assureprotection.htm

A google search for "assureprotection" returns nothing. So I can not tell you for sure how to remove it. I will give you 3 programs that may be able to do it.
Update and run your Anti-Virus program. Don't have one? You can run a free online scan from CA.
http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinfo/scan.aspx
Download, update and run Spybot---http://www.safer-networking.org/ . Don't forget to use the Immunize feature.
Download, update and run Adaware---http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/products/select_your_product.php
If the 3 above can not find and fix it use HijackThis.
Download HijackThis---http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php#hijackthis. Run and Save a Log. When you log comes up copy and paste the entire log at http://www.hijackthis.de/ . Analyze your results. You will then get a screen that will tell you if you have any nasty stuff in your computer. Follow instructions to deal with any nasties. CAUTION: This is a very powerful tool. Be careful.

Your computer is infected with a hijacker trojan called Zlob which hijacks your homepage to one of many rogue websites including assureprotection.com. Download SpyNoMore from the link below to remove asecureboard.com and the Zlob trojan which put it there in the first place. Another symptom of Zlob Trojan is that it generates fake warning messages like:
System Alert
Critical System Error
System Performance monitor warning
Security Alert: NetWorm-i.Virus@fp
W32.Myzor.FK@yf

You have a Smitfraud infection The tool and instructions on this page will help:
http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php
Note:
process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
http://www.beyondlogic.org/consulting/processutil/processutil.htm
After you run Smitfraud fix run AVG AntiSpyware
Download AVG Anti-Spyware: http://www.grisoft.cz/softw/70/filedir/inst/avgas-setup-7.5.0.50.exe
Click Run to start the download and once again to start the installation process.
Select your language and click OK
Click Next, I Agree, Next, Install and then Finish
You will now be bought to the main screen. This is the screen you will be brought to if you click the AVG Anti-Spyware icon that has been placed on your desktop.
Updates
Automatic updates are on by default for the remainder of the 30 day trial period. After the 30 day trial expires you will have to manually update AVG Anti-Spyware (to use the manual scanner, which remains after the trial expires) or purchase a subscription to continue to receive automatic updates.
Once your trial expires, AVG Anti-Spyware will have to be manually updated by clicking Update on the main screen and selecting Start Update.
Resident Shield
AVG Anti-Spyware Resident Shield is on by default and will offer active spyware protection for the remainder of the 30 day trial period. After the 30 day trial expires, the Resident Shield will no longer be actively protecting your computer from spyware threats. To continue to receive protection from Resident Shield, you must purchase a subscription to AVG Anti-Spyware.
I suggest running only one active spyware guard. If you already have an active guard, you could turn off Resident Shield from the main screen, under the "Status icon" by clicking Change State next to "Resident Shield."
Alternately, you could disable your current spyware guard and sample Resident Shield for the 30 day trial period.
Configuration
Scanner
From the main screen, click the Scanner icon.
Click the Settings tab.
Click "Recommended Actions" and then select "Quarantine".
Under "Reports" select Automatically generate report after every scan
Reports could be found by clicking the "Report icon" on the main screen.
Resident Shield
From the main screen, click the Shield icon.
Check the box to Remove tracking cookies automatically
Running a Manual Scan
From the main screen, click the Scanner icon.
Select Complete System Scan to begin scanning
When the scan has completed, any threats that AVG Anti-Spyware has detected will be displayed.
The recommended action should be set to Quarantine. If not click Recommended Action and select Quarantine.
Click the Apply all actions button at the bottom.
When AVG Anti-Spyware has finished, it will display the message All actions have been applied.
Run Panda ActiveScan
Panda ActiveScan: http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan.htm
Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button
A new window will open...click the Check Now button
Enter your Country
Enter your State/Province
Enter your e-mail address and click send
Select either Home User or Company
Click the big Scan Now button
If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
When download is complete, click on My Computer to start the scan
When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location.
If AVG AS fails to remove something or Panda Active Scan detects something (Panda does not clean, it only detects) and you need further assistance, you can reach me at: http://malwaremedic.suddenlaunch3.com
