(price doesnt matter) it must be EASY to TAKE OFF when i need to, i want it to show up on my eyes! and not just have a light thin line, and if you could name one that works okay on sensitive eyes and doesnt have so many HARSH CHEMICALS in it.

i have tried avon glimmersticks eyeliner and its too thin doesnt show up like i want an and fairly hard to get off at night

if you want a line of make up with no harsh chemicals that is high quality, try aveda. they use as many nautral ingredients as possible. it always goes on smoothly and their products work well. they have make up artist there who can show you how to apply it and also give you some other options. if you have very sensitive eyes, i would recommend a cake liner that you use with a wet or dry flat or angled liner brush. it is very easy to use, gives great precision and more hygenic since you can clean it after each use. this maybe a great solution for you. i suggest using laura mercier's as you can use it wet or dry.
to remove your make up and eye makeup, try using huggies baby wipes. they are gentle and work super well. better than than the ones sold my cosmetic companies.

for the best quality and color try il maciage hope i spelled it right! it is top notch.
if your not to great at applying try the new eyeliner from mac. if you go into the store they can show you their new line. if is very calm and sweet unlike mac.

you could try one of the many eyeliners from mary kay and they only cost about 9 or 9.50
