Where can i get a junk computer at? I just want to experiment with computer parts and learn about the anatomy of a computer and i do not have that much money to spend. Would the junkyard be a good idea?

Go to the local landfill. Computers, televisions, radios, etc..are all kept separate from the other stuff. If you need a sticker to get in just talk to the guard( or whoever is in charge) and tell him it is for a school project. If he is any kind of a guy he will let you take all you want...It is no skin off his butt..Give it a shot..!!

Try garage sales or thrift shops. There's plenty of them around! You should be able to get one for $5-$10 or less.
